About this experience
Bolinas is one of the first designated organic farming communities in the country. There are now over 20 small organic farms in Bolinas. Some of the most respected chefs and culinary institutions in the world source their produce from Bolinas farms. The unique combination of climate, sun, fog, water, and soil have created the perfect environment for healthy produce to thrive. In this fascinating and informative experience, get to know your local farmers, learn how the food is cultivated with love, and get to know the best produce for each season.
About your host
Mickey Murch is a farmer, an inventor, and an artist. His hands-on and experimental approach to farming has yielded some of the most flavorful and nutrient-rich produce in the world. This tour brings to light some of his approaches and stewardship of the land as you walk through fields of fall vegetables and flowers.

Forest Immersion
in the Redwoods
About this experience
Slow down, unplug and enhance your well-being with a guided forest immersion among the redwoods. This is an invitation to free your mind and feed your soul, while reaping a range of proven benefits such as reducing stress, boosting immune function, lowering blood pressure, and improving focus. Inspired by a Japanese practice known as Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku), the idea is simply to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the woods. No swimsuits needed to soak in the awe and therapeutic compounds that fill the forest air. You'll be guided on a slow, easy meander that’s intentionally designed to help you tune into your senses and connect deeply with nature. All you need to bring is a sturdy pair of shoes and an open mind.
About your host
This immersion will be led by Lisa Landers, an ANFT certified forest guide. Lisa is also the director of Giants Rising, a feature documentary that explores the wonders of redwood forests.
